Outline of Activity:

Golf is so popular simply because it is the best game in the world at which to be bad. ~A.A. Milne

Golf is a fun, healthy and challenging sport. It is one of the most popular pastimes in the world as it allows players to compete equally with each other no matter their ability, gender or age.

Golf is also a very social, interesting and complex game. Participants not only need to learn a variety of new precise physical skills, they also learn about etiquette, fair play and self discipline.

The HK golf option for Quest Week 2020 will run from the 09th to 13th November at Kau Sai Chau, public golf course in Sai Kung.

This activity caters for both beginners and more experienced golfers.

Participants will receive up to 4 hours of tuition per day by qualified teaching professionals at the golf course.

Students will learn skills in all aspects of the game, including chipping, putting, sand shots, short and long irons and driving. Tuition will take place on the driving range and specialized practice areas, as well as on the course.

More experienced players, and those who show enough progress during the week, will have various opportunities to play 9 or 18 holes on the South course at certain points during the activity. We try and make sure that all students get as much time on the course as possible.

The cost for the week will be approximately HK$3,800 per student. This includes transportation from Sai Kung to the golf course on the ferry, golf lessons and green fees.

Students will need to make their own way to Sai Kung.
