The plan is to enlist the services of some willing mums and dads who will spend the week teaching you gems from their own kitchens!

I am hoping that we will be able to find some parents from India, Thailand, Korea, China, Pakistan, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia or any other country!! I hope that during the course of the week you will be shown how to cook local/Asian delicacies, appetizers and main courses…..curries, spring rolls, beef rendang etc!!

You will bring a notebook to take notes, stick in recipes, show photos and illustrations etc. You will end up with your own recipe book and should be able to amaze your friends and family by the end of the five days.

In fact so much so, that on the evening of the Friday, you will be providing a banquet for your parents.

You will be sending out invitations asking them to come along to a lunch of great food, some music and perhaps a talk by some of the ‘chefs’! Your parents will be amazed by how much you have learned in such a short time! You will make them very proud!
